  1. The enrolment fee is non-refundable.
  2. Fees must be paid in advance by direct debit.
  3. Please give tutors 24 hours notice if your child will be absent from an upcoming lesson. Full fees will still be charged otherwise.
  4. We do not offer any refunds for missed lessons, but tutors may offer a catch-up lesson depending on their availability.
  5. When you would like to end tuition, please let us know a month in advance.
